These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NexMaid website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

You must be legally permitted to use the Service and enter into agreements applicable to your use of NexMaid.

When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably current and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

NexMaid provides technology that helps employers and domestic helpers discover profiles, communicate, manage applications, and support employment-related workflows.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, NexMaid is not the employer of helpers and does not itself provide domestic-help services.

Users are responsible for deciding whether to communicate, interview, hire, work with, or otherwise engage with another user.

You are responsible for the information you provide through your account and profile.

You agree not to knowingly provide information that is false, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes another person's rights.

Certain profile information may be visible to other users as part of the Service.

Employers are responsible for ensuring that job posts accurately describe the opportunity and comply with applicable laws.

Helpers are responsible for the information submitted in applications and for deciding which opportunities to pursue.

NexMaid does not guarantee that a job post will receive applications or that an application will result in an interview or employment.

NexMaid may provide messaging and other communication tools to help users interact through the Service.

Users are responsible for the content of their communications and must not use the Service to harass, threaten, deceive, exploit, or unlawfully contact others.

NexMaid may take action where communications or activity violate these Terms or applicable law.

Users must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent identity, qualifications, or intentions.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Scrape, copy, or extract Service content through unauthorized automated means.
• Use the Service to harass, discriminate against, threaten, or exploit other users.
• Use information obtained through NexMaid for purposes unrelated to legitimate employment or service interactions.

NexMaid may provide tools intended to support safer interactions, but users remain responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when interacting online or in person.

Users should independently assess information, qualifications, working conditions, and other relevant circumstances before entering into an employment or service arrangement.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or address misuse.

Users may stop using NexMaid at any time. Account deletion or data-retention requests are subject to the Service's available account controls, our Privacy Policy, and applicable requirements.

The NexMaid Service, including its software, branding, design, and original platform content, is owned by or licensed to NexMaid and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of NexMaid intellectual property to users.

You retain rights you may have in content you submit. You grant NexMaid the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and use that content for operating and providing the Service.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services. NexMaid is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control, and their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.

NexMaid aims to provide a reliable platform, but the Service may not always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Information provided by users may not always be independently verified by NexMaid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for evaluating other users, opportunities, and information before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexMaid is not responsible for losses arising solely from arrangements, communications, or interactions between users that occur outside NexMaid's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.

Material changes may be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
